Information Ochre processes
Ochre processes workspace account details, teammate accounts, customer conversations, customer records, support knowledge, integration configuration, and product usage events needed to operate the helpdesk.
Provider keys and AI usage
Ochre is BYOK. Customers may connect their own Anthropic or OpenAI key so AI drafting, summaries, and classification run through their provider account. Provider billing and provider-side usage logs remain with that provider account.
