Playground is the safest place to test an agent before customers see it. The UI includes Content, Brand, Behavior, and Model controls. Runtime coverage is strongest for model instructions, source retrieval, widget branding, and common widget behavior.

Some visual and behavior controls are being wired deeper into every runtime path. Treat visible controls as configurable, but verify production behavior in the widget before relying on a setting for compliance or support policy.
