Deploy the widget

Publish an agent through the embeddable web widget.

The web widget is the fastest deployment path. It uses the agent, source access, Playground settings, allowed domains, and citation settings configured in Workbench.

  1. 1Open the agent, then choose Channels.
  2. 2Enable the web widget for that agent.
  3. 3Add the domains where the widget is allowed to run.
  4. 4Copy the generated script into the site.
  5. 5Send a test message and confirm the conversation appears in Helpdesk.
