Knowledge sources are indexed into chunks and retrieved at answer time. Source access matters: agents should only see the material that matches their job.

  • Files: PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT, CSV, HTML, and similar text-first material.
  • Websites: public pages crawled from a start URL with robots and sitemap awareness.
  • Direct responses: approved question-and-answer entries for deterministic policy answers.
  • Roadmap connectors: additional knowledge connectors may appear in the product, but only enabled connectors should be treated as production-ready.
