Ochre currently supports human handoff and email escalation skills. These skills can pause AI handling, route a conversation to the Inbox, or forward a transcript for async follow-up.

  • Human handoff: creates a human-attention Inbox item and pauses AI replies.
  • Email escalation: forwards transcript details to a configured address.
  • Roadmap skills: custom actions, web search, and richer workflow automations should be treated as future work unless enabled in your workspace.
