Create a workspace

Start with a workspace name that becomes your Ochre subdomain.

Ochre workspaces are the top-level container for agents, knowledge, teammates, billing, and channels. During setup, choose a workspace name that is readable for your team; Ochre derives the workspace subdomain from that name.

  1. 1Sign up or sign in from the public site.
  2. 2Enter the workspace name on the setup screen.
  3. 3Confirm the generated workspace route before entering the product.
  4. 4Use that workspace route for future team sign-ins.
Subdomain rule

Workspace names are normalized into URL-safe slugs. Keep the name short if customers or teammates will recognize the domain.
